1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ovomox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ovomox.
2. Description of Service
Ovomox provides a control panel for managing audio and video streaming (supporting Shoutcast, Icecast, Wowza, etc.). We try our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Please tell us immediately at legal@ovomox.com if you think your account has been compromised.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You may not use Ovomox to stream illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You must own the rights to anything you broadcast.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, control panel, brand, and all original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ovomox and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees for the plan you choose. Payments are made in advance. We don’t offer refunds for unused portions of your service unless required by law.
8. Content Responsibility
You may not use Ovomox to stream illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You must own the rights to anything you broadcast.
9. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We can also suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or the law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ovomox is not liable for any indirect or direct damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
