Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we’ll provide you with a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Where should I get started?
Most teams start with our Business plan. You can trial it first with no credit card required. Business is our core plan and includes everything you need to create and manage video and audio stations. As you grow and scale your brand you can expand your account capacity and future tools like cloud backup with our simple addons.
How does storage work?
Can I add more users?
Yes. Users can be added on all paid plans which include a set number of seats. You will be billed for any extra seats as you add and remove team members from your command centre with ease.
What is in our Enterprise?
Are there charges for bandwidth?
Bandwidth is included with every plan and resets each month. Free accounts cannot exceed their limit but paid plans can be billed for usage that goes beyond what is included in your plan or is prepaid as an extra subscription. Check our help centre for more info on this.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades and add ons can be applied as your needs grow and managed in your settings. On Enterprise some changes may require speaking with a manager to ensure your station stays online and scales perfectly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Unless you are on an Enterprise plan with a signed form. If you cancel you can stop at the end of your billing cycle or immediately but we do not issue refunds. Your content remains yours and we keep it simple.
