Ovomox may incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to enhance our streaming services, such as automated transcripts or video analysis.

Ovomox respects the intellectual property and privacy of our customers. We do not use your private streaming content to train public AI models without your express consent. Any processing by AI is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Accuracy
While Ovomox strives for high accuracy in its AI-driven features, AI-generated content (such as automated subtitles or stream analytics) is provided “as is.”
- Review of Output: Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy before use.
- Compliance: Customers must ensure that their use of AI features complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and media regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Use: Customers may not use Ovomox AI tools to generate deepfakes, deceptive content, or any material that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
We partner with reputable AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, AWS AI) and ensure they comply with our data protection standards via DPAs.
6. Transparency and Opt-Out
Where applicable, Ovomox will clearly identify features that are powered by AI. Customers may choose to disable specific AI-driven functionalities within their control panel settings if they prefer not to utilize these automated tools.
