1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Ovomox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ovomox streaming control panel software.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software.
- Resell or redistribute the software without written permission.
- Use the software for illegal streaming activities.
3. Ownership
Ovomox and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software.
4. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ovomox or the Ivx Group be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Ovomox expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement and your use of the software are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
